Who we are
Paws and Scissors operates at Czerwonego Krzyża 63, 85-338 Bydgoszcz, Poland. We can be reached at [email protected] or +48 618 563 328.
What data we collect
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. We do not collect payment data through this website.
If you visit our website, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard server-side logging and is not used to profile individual visitors.
Why we collect it
We collect contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed to book a session, to manage that appointment. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
Under GDPR Article 6, we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your direct inquiry) and, where applicable, contract performance (if you book a service). We do not rely on consent as the basis for processing inquiry data, since the purpose of the collection is self-evident from the context.
How long we keep your data
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. If you become a client, appointment records are kept for up to 5 years for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion at any time — see your rights below.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our email hosting provider and website hosting provider, both of which are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on what cookies we use and how to manage them.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; request restriction of processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.
