Select your animal and breed — we'll tell you exactly what to expect.

Golden Retriever

Goldens have a dense double coat that traps dead hair and can mat around the ears and legs. We do a thorough blow-out before any trimming — skipping this step is the main reason coats get damaged elsewhere.

A full session typically includes bath, blow-dry, deshedding treatment, ear cleaning, nail trim, and light shaping around the paws and feathers.

Double coat Deshedding No shaving needed

Poodle

Poodles have curly, continuously growing coats — they don't shed, which means matting builds up faster than in most other breeds. The cut style matters a great deal for both looks and coat health.

We'll go over the preferred cut style before we start. If you have a reference photo, bring it — it genuinely helps.

Curly non-shedding coat Mat-prone Style consultation

French Bulldog

Frenchies have short coats but sensitive skin and facial folds that collect moisture and debris. We clean the folds carefully during every session — it's easy to miss at home and causes irritation over time.

Skin fold care Sensitive skin Short coat

Siberian Husky

Huskies blow their coat twice a year. We don't shave double-coated breeds — that's a hard rule, not a preference. Shaving damages the undercoat structure and disrupts temperature regulation. We use a proper deshedding treatment instead.

Cocker Spaniel

Cockers are prone to ear infections because of their long, floppy ears that restrict airflow. We check and clean ears at every session and will flag anything that looks like it needs veterinary attention.

Silky coat Ear health focus Regular trim

Labrador

Labs shed consistently throughout the year. A proper deshedding session reduces shedding at home by 60–70% for several weeks. We use a combination of coat-specific shampoo and a high-velocity dryer to pull the loose undercoat.

Short double coat Heavy shedder Deshedding treatment

Persian

Persians have long, fine coats that mat quickly — especially around the armpits and belly. Many owners find daily brushing difficult to maintain. We offer a "maintenance trim" option alongside full grooming to keep the coat manageable between sessions.

Maine Coon

Maine Coons are large cats with semi-long coats and a thick ruff. They're generally tolerant of handling, which makes grooming more straightforward — but their size means a session takes longer than with a typical domestic cat.

Semi-long coat Larger build Cat-only zone

Ragdoll

Ragdolls have silky coats that are less prone to matting than Persians, but they still benefit from regular grooming — especially during shedding season. They tend to be relaxed during sessions, which makes them good candidates for a first grooming experience.

British Shorthair

British Shorthairs have plush, dense coats that shed moderately year-round. They're not particularly keen on being handled, so we take the sessions slowly and work at their pace. No rushing, no forced handling.

A few things that matter

0

Dogs and cats, one place

Separate zones, separate schedules. Your cat doesn't hear the dog section. That's intentional.

Breeds we work with

We've built specific knowledge for each breed — not a one-size approach applied differently.

0

Transparent pricing

You'll know the price before the session starts. We don't add items without asking first.

From clients

What people say

"I came in nervous because my Maine Coon has hated every groomer we've tried. They took it slowly, didn't rush him, and he came out looking great. First time he wasn't shaking when I picked him up."

Anna K.
Maine Coon owner, Bydgoszcz

"They knew exactly what cut to do for my Poodle without me having to explain the whole thing. At my previous salon I had to bring photos every time and it still came out wrong."

PW
Piotr W.
Standard Poodle owner, Bydgoszcz

"We have a Golden and a Persian — used to need two different places. Now we drop both off here and pick them up the same afternoon. That alone is worth it."

Questions

Before you book

Yes. We schedule appointments so that animals aren't waiting together in a shared space. If your dog is particularly reactive, let us know when you book and we'll arrange for a quiet arrival slot.
No. Our salon has separate grooming zones for cats and dogs. They're physically divided and scheduled at different times to avoid any crossover stress. Your cat will not hear or smell dogs while being groomed.
When you book, we'll confirm the price based on your animal's breed, size, and coat condition. If anything changes when we see the animal in person (for example, significant matting), we'll tell you before we start — never after.
First sessions usually take longer because we go slowly to keep the cat calm. For the very first visit, we sometimes recommend starting with just a bath and nail trim rather than a full session — it's less overwhelming and builds a positive association. We can discuss this when you book.
No. Shaving a double coat is one of the most common grooming mistakes — it disrupts the coat's structure, often causes patchy regrowth, and doesn't actually help with heat regulation. We use deshedding treatments instead. If another groomer has recommended shaving, we're happy to explain why we disagree.
