Full Grooming Session

Our standard service. Covers everything from bath to final trim, adapted to the specific requirements of your animal's breed and coat type. Not a single price for all — coat condition and size affect the time and therefore the cost.

Who it's for: Owners who want a complete, done-properly session rather than a quick bath and trim.

Bath & blow-dry Haircut or trim Ear cleaning Nail trim Paw pad check Brush-out

If we find significant matting when the animal arrives, we'll tell you before we start. Dematting takes more time and we won't do it without your agreement on the cost.

Designed for double-coated breeds — Goldens, Huskies, Labradors, German Shepherds — especially during shedding season. The goal is to remove as much loose undercoat as possible before it ends up on your furniture.

Who it's for: Owners of heavy-shedding breeds who want to manage the shedding cycle, not just clean up after it.

Deshedding shampoo High-velocity blow-out Undercoat rake Finishing brush

We don't shave double-coated breeds. If that's what you're looking for, we're not the right salon for this service — and we're happy to explain why if you want to discuss it.

A shorter session covering the essentials: bath, blow-dry, and nail trim. Useful if your animal doesn't tolerate long sessions well, or if you need a refresh between full grooms.

Who it's for: Animals with anxiety around grooming, or owners who maintain the coat at home and just need the basics done properly.

Bath Blow-dry Nail trim Ear check

Express doesn't include a haircut. If your animal's coat needs cutting and you're concerned about session length, mention it when you book — we can sometimes split it across two shorter visits.

A conditioning add-on or standalone treatment — coat mask, paw balm, and skin conditioning. Most useful after a heavy shedding season, after a period of illness, or when the coat has visibly dried out.

Who it's for: Owners who've noticed the coat losing condition, or who want to maintain coat health between regular grooms.

Deep conditioning mask Paw balm application Coat and skin check

This is a coat care service, not a veterinary treatment. If the skin condition looks like it needs medical attention, we'll tell you — and we won't apply products that could interfere with any treatment your vet may be doing.

Cat grooming in a separate zone, scheduled apart from dog appointments. We work with all coat lengths — from British Shorthairs and Ragdolls to Persians and Maine Coons. Sessions are slower-paced than dog grooming. Cats set the speed.

Who it's for: Cat owners who want professional grooming without the stress of a shared environment.

Cat-only zone Bath (if appropriate) Brush-out Nail trim Matting assessment

Not all cats tolerate full baths well. For the first visit, we'll assess what's appropriate before starting. Some cats do better with a dry groom and nail trim than a full bath, and that's a completely valid session.
